0:48.9	He is a two time 2018 and 2020 congressional candidate in Iowa's fourth district.
0:54.3	He drew attention as an example for how Democrats can run to compete in rural areas.
0:59.3	In 2018, JD's campaign lost by just 3%.

1:05.4	Fewer than 11,000 votes in a district with 70,000 more registered Republicans than Democrats
