What's up, Clown Nation? First day of August, the sun is shining, and I'm Chris Williams here at the

Carl Chevrolet studio in Ankenium, joined by the grizzled veteran Rob Gray fresh off of a trip to the

cabin in Minnesota and we just got back from covering Iowa State's Football

Media Day that took place earlier today.

We've got a lot of takeaways, not only for minute, but just cycling football in general.

Fall camp starts on Friday for the cyclones.

It'll be a busy day up in Ames as that's going on and then basketball has its

big reunion. I'm sure you've heard about here that happens tomorrow as well so we're

going to have a lot of coverage just throughout the weekend.
