runcast from last year, 2021. Hey, friends, and welcome to the final runcast of 2021. And it is also the final episode of the weekly mix. That's right.

We're retiring the weekly mix. But don't worry, we're going to be launching a ton of new podcast.

And also, I'm sure you're asking the question, at least I hope you are. Does this mean the end of the runcast?

Well, I have very good news. We will be transitioning the weekly mix into

the runcast, which means we can focus even more energy on motivating music, themes, and even

guess in the future. Be on the lookout for this change coming up in 2022 until everyone you know

that the minute they put on shoes and run even a minute. They are a runner, and maybe this

podcast is for them. Big thanks to Isabel and Owen for their help, leading this change and producing this podcast. Couldn't do it without them.
