Now to the NFL where America's professional football league is in the spotlight once again

for its seeming lack of diversity when hiring head coaches.

Since the NFL regular season ended, five NFL teams have hired a new head coach.

But just one of those five, Ron Rivera of Washington, is a minority.

And right now there are just three black head coaches in the entire league, despite the fact

that a majority of players in the NFL are black.

There's a rule that's supposed to prevent this from happening, the Rooney Rule, which requires

NFL teams to interview at least one minority candidate when they're hiring a head coach

or senior executive.

But many people feel like it's not working.

We gotta change this Rooney Rule as bogus, clearly, because as we are...

Rules Effectiveness or Black thereof, and the potential path forward.
