Well, I'm dedicating an entire week to Juris Prudence.

That's right.

Welcome to Judge Week.

Normally here at the orphanage, we do a smart show on Wednesdays and a funny show on Fridays

but this week we're going to do a show every single day. The reason I'm doing it now is that Amy Coney Barrett has been nominated to fill

Ruth Bader Ginsburg's seat on the Supreme Court.

The Senate is planning to speed through hearings to get her in the confirmation process and onto the bench before the election

November 3rd. Right now, whoever makes Gavles is doing a rush job in his tool shed, just

guzzling Red Bulls and whittling a log into a gavel.

Which is, I assume, how gavels are made.

I don't know.

It's one of the many things we might find out, you and I, before the end of the week. So that's why the issue is topical.

That's the win part of the equation.
