Today, we are discussing the breaking story that

Richard Allen, 52 years old of Delphi, Indiana, November 11, 2024, was found guilty in the

homicides of Abby Williams and Libby German. The teenage girls were hiking on February 14th, 2017, on the Monson High Bridge in town.

Libby's older sister, Kelsey, had dropped them off.

They were walking on the trail.

Libby was on her phone, active on Snapchat.

She had taken a picture of her friend Abby crossing the bridge.

The bridge was high up over a creek.

There was no maintenance routinely done on this bridge.

There were no rails on either side.

So it was a bit of a daredevil activity for the youth in town.

But Libby took a photo of Abby crossing the bridge.

In the background of a video that she subsequently took, there was a man who is henceforth known as Bridge Guy. Now, Bridge Guy is a heavyset man. He has a cap on. He's wearing

a dark blue coat and jeans. He keeps his head down. Several people see Bridge Guy. It's not just photographed by Libby.

So there are other youths on the trail, and they describe seeing someone that meets that

description. And at the time, they had said that they felt that he was creepy or otherwise

walking with some sort of purpose wasn't friendly, didn't respond to a hello.

This is the man that's captured on video and what was released to the public prior to the trial

was that this man, bridge guy, had said to the girls to go down the hill,
