ahead and catch you up on all things that went down last night, the Rock and Cody Rhodes.

So let's get to it, Mark. On Thursday, they announced that the Rock would be making an appearance on SmackDown.

And instantly, everybody was like, all right, making jokes, right?

Being like, what WrestleMania plans is the Rock about to maneuver into whatever he wants right like people were making jokes

saying triple it's plans are out the door so we went into this episode of smackdown kind of

being like all right it's the rock going to come out and is he's just simply going to announce

russomania because that was a theory too given that they were in new orleans they were wondering if he was just going to come out and announce russomania was he going to announce WrestleMania because that was a theory too given that they were in New Orleans.

They were wondering if he was just going to come out and announce WrestleMania.

Was he going to derail any sort of the WrestleMania plans?

Like what exactly what was going to happen, right?

The Rock goes out there.

And the first thing he does is he really quickly gets to the point and he says, you know what?

Rock, uh, WrestleMania.

It's going to be WrestleMania 42 in New Orleans.

And everybody celebrates great, really excited.

I'm thinking like, oh, he got to that a lot faster than I anticipated.

But at the start of Smackdown, Mark, Nick had approached Cody Rhodes Cody Rhodes was originally supposed to be part

of a three on three match on Smackdown

and Nick Aldous told Cody
