I am sorry to say goodbye to the summer of 2024

because I really hate cold weather I just really do and fall is good I guess

the positive is football season is upon us. I did watch the the latest episode of

hard knocks last night. If you ever watched hard knocks on HBO I'm going to tell

you something. What a great show that is.

Last night, it's this year, it's the Chicago Bears. Last year was in Miami Dolphins.

And normally, you know, you are attached to a football team, you know, presumably where you live,

could be different.

But I live in Kansas City, so I've got the chiefs and all that.

But I'm going to tell you, it gives you a really cool

connection and perspective to other teams in the league and

this season the bears look really good and last night's episode was so good one of

the players I won't I won't you know ruin it for you but one of the

players suddenly and he's got a choice of you know he wants to make it in the

in the NFL or or maybe go to medical school and and tragically had an a C. L. injury during a preseason game with the chiefs

just last weekend and it was very emotional and and just good TV and and it's about the brotherhood of these athletes and regardless of color the

masculinity is not toxic it's just a really damn good show I mean a really really good show. I'm enjoying it thoroughly. My son has gotten me into the show. It's hard knocks on HBO and the bears are this this season's team of choice. So, wow, what a week we've had, right? And we've got a candidate for

president. And how bad is your life experience? How menial is your life experience that
