starting off with a bang a lot of a lot of stuff in the news

I do want to mention something fitness experts

are revealing that 80% of people have already abandoned their their 2023 resolutions

and it's interesting the whole resolution thing I'm just going to tell you

right now if you're if you're changing your life is based on a date of a calendar

if making an overhaul of your life maybe losing weight maybe whatever

is all contingent on a date on a calendar

of course you're going to already stop by the 17th of January

I mean he's like you know I'm really unhappy and on this and I'm

then and I'm in this but I'll tell you what January the first I'm gonna do this I'm

gonna get this done yes sir rebuttable and oh yeah it's it's just remarkable and

you know even though I don't go to the gym as often as I

should I've been going to the gym since I was like 21 years old and on and off

because generally if you have home exercise equipment it's going to become a laundry drying rack and you're going to end up

selling it for a lot less than you bought it for. I'll just tell you, I think I think the most expensive

treadmill we got was almost $2,000 and we got it from my wife's mom and we ended up trying
