I'm Amber Duke in for Rob Carson today. You may

know me formerly as Amber Aethie, but I recently got married so I'll be using my

married name now and it's a pleasure to be with you all this afternoon.

I want to get right into this topic that has been really been bugging me for quite a while

because no one is really talking about it.

It's actually trending on Tik-Tok of all places, and I don't even have a Tik-Tok, so if it's actually trending on Tik-Tok of all places and I don't even have a Tik-Tok so if it's made

its way to me you know that this conversation is is up and coming so generation

Alpha is the generation of kids younger than Gen Z, below the millennials, right?

So you have Generation Alpha, then Generation Z, and then the millennials in terms of youngest to oldest.

And so these are really your really young,

toddlers, preteens, basically in that age range.

And they're coming up in a time post-pandemic where they weren't in

school for quite a period of time depending of course in which part of the

country they were in and they're they're on the

on the tail end of really this this me generation that I think

started primarily with the millennials that's my generation and it's it's the children of millennials of older millennials that are

now the ones in the elementary schools and the middle schools and we're starting to

see this the effects of the me generation, the selfish generation,
