November 20th, 2025, and we're going down the roads to your questions about ruining Thanksgiving

dinner and specific talking points you might run into. As we talked about last week, you can often tell what talking points you're going to run into over the holidays

by simply scanning right-leaning new sites the day before.

But in this case, we're going to go over some older ones that are likely to pop up and the information needed

to counter them. All of these are ones that had the subject come in more than once. Okay,

so let's start off with the one that will definitely come up. I actually have an Uncle Bob you always talk about, but he's an

uncle Randy. He constantly says that the Democrats should have released the files under

Biden and that Trump doesn't need to because they don't care. I say that Biden didn't

campaign on releasing the files,

but I'm wondering if there's something else I should be saying instead.

Obviously, this came in before Congress told Trump to release the files, but it'll probably

still come up in a different way.

Here's the answer and the point that will drive Uncle Randy crazy.

There was an open investigation and an appeal going on during the Biden administration.

The Supreme Court didn't reject Maxwell's appeal until October of this year. Case files aren't

open during an active investigation and appeal process. Ask Uncle Randy why he thinks Trump is

suddenly telling DOJ to open investigations.
