There's been a lot of news lately moving quickly, so some of our question pile is overfilling.

Okay, so starting us off.

Dear Bell, it truly is mind-boggling why Republicans hate Democrats so much.

I'm a progressive, who wants the same nice things that they have in other countries, like free

health care, or affordable at least, a living wage and end food insecurity. Democrats are at their

lowest approval rating in history. I am too far to the left to be considered a liberal, and honestly, I'm offended when the

Republicans lump us progressives with them. Is there any chance of changing a Republican's mind

and realize that we are not the enemy? Thank you. Wow, it's important to remember that stats don't always reflect what you think they do in politics.

I mean, it's true all the time, but especially true in a political system built on a binary.

I'd be willing to guess that if this audience was asked, do you approve of the job the Democrats are doing?

Most would say no.

That doesn't mean y'all support Trump.

It means you don't think the Democrats are fighting hard enough

or are successful enough.

As far as the other question, yes. As soon as they experience the brunt of

conservative policies, there's a chance they'll realize that progressives aren't their enemy.
