Summary

THE TRUE CRIME CASE THIS STORY IS BASED ON: In the rough and tumble world of 1890s New Jersey, William H. Dunham, owner of two notorious roadhouses, meets a violent end. Known for his ill temper and jealousy, Dunham's life of debauchery and crime catches up with him on the night of December 23, 1891. After a drunken brawl with his wife, "Diamond Kate," and their hostler, Patrick Phelan, Dunham is found shot dead in his own establishment. Despite numerous enemies and a tumultuous personal life, the investigation into Dunham's murder stalls. The discovery of a clean, unfired revolver at the scene and various suspects, including rivals and jilted lovers, complicate the case. Multiple arrests and interrogations yield no conclusive answers, and the once-prominent roadhouse owner’s murder remains unsolved.

slashing the number of carbs I consume has had the biggest impact for me. And discovering

built bars has made the journey a lot easier by replacing my high-carb, high-sugar desserts with something it still tastes like a candy bar, but only has 150 calories, is low carb, and is packed with protein.

If I'm craving a late night snack, instead of heading to the fridge or pantry for something I know isn't good for me,

I just grab a built bar.

I've used built bars as breakfast on a fairly

0:34.9

regular basis, which not only keeps me from the unhealthy fast food, but means I also don't

0:40.5

waste money on those fast food places either.

If low-carb is your life, try builtbars.

As you know, I've been working to lose weight for a while, but I love bread, which is pretty much 100% carbs.

1:07.5

One slice of wheat bread is about 12 carbs. That's 24 carbs if you're making a sandwich and that's just the bread before you put anything into the sandwich

1:16.2

But I saw an ad online for Hero Bread that claimed zero carbs. I was skeptical I tried tried other zero carb breads in the past that were absolutely horrid.

1:27.0

But I clicked and ordered a loaf of their seed bread and their white bread.

1:31.0

Not only did it feel and taste like actual bread, I've gone back to

1:35.1

making sandwiches like I did before my low-carb diet. I can have a grilled cheese

1:39.4

without worry. I make many pizzas by toasting the white bread and using it like pizza crust.

1:44.7

So I went back and found that Hero Bread also has hot dog buns, so I jumped on that.
