The On the 13th of September 2024, Sailing Fest lands in Binghamton, New York once again, for two days celebrating

the life of Rod Serling, but actually it's three days. So the event itself begins on the 13th

of September from 6pm to 10pm and then the next day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

So that would be Saturday the 14th but then on Sunday the 15th the statue of Rod Serling

will be unveiled in Recreation Park Binghamton.

Now the reason why I'm putting out an update today is because over the last couple of days,

the tickets for Sailing Fest have now gone on sale for a very reasonable $35,

or if you just want to go to one day of the event, it's a very reasonable $20.

Now, one of the things that I'm extremely pleased about is that when you purchase your Sailing Fest ticket,

there's a little box that asks you, how did you hear about Sailing Fest?

Now, the Rod Sailing Memorial Foundation president, Nick Parisi, sent me a message to say,

to say that a very large number of the people buying tickets have notified them that they

heard about Sailing Fest on the Twilight Zone podcast.

Now that makes me happy for many, many reasons.

And one of those reasons is that a lot of you are going to be there.

And as I've said in the other updates that I've done, I want to meet as many of you as possible. Now I have heard through things like Instagram or other means that

what I've noticed is that people who have been friends of the show for years,

people who I've sort of conversed with on social media or in various ways,

a lot of them are going to sailing fest this year and I

imagine there's a lot more people who listen to this podcast going to sailing

...
