You know, I want to give a shout out before we get into the word this morning.

I want to give a shout out to the real into the word this morning. I want to give a shout

out to the real heroes in the world right now. But honestly, none of them are available for

interviews, for book signings, or even speeches, because they're in the heat of the battle right now.

They're wearing scrubs. They're wearing gloves and masks, and they're doctors, nurses, emergency workers, ambulance drivers,

hospital workers. And I wish we could right now on the entire planet do a standing ovation

just to say thank you. We believe in you. We're praying for you. We can't express how much

we appreciate your hard work in endless, endless hours as we navigate

at this incredibly painful health crisis that's happening all over the world. I came across

this letter this last week that I just want to read to you, written to the editor of the New York

Times, and it's in regards to hospital workers.

She rises at 5.15 a.m. arrives in the COVID-19 unit by 7.15.

She received the handoff information from the night shift.

She washed down, donned the yellow gown, shoe covers, hair cover, the N95 mask, gloves, and the eye shield,

and entered the negative pressure room.

Her distraught patient is coughing uncontrollably.

She administered a breathing treatment

along with some Tylenol and fluids,

checks her oxygen saturation,
