So in September, Cardi B and Lizzo dropped a video for their new song together.

It's called Rumors.

And the song is them joking about all the ways they're discussed on social media,

by celebrity news sites, by gossip sites,

and specifically, it's about the ways their bodies are discussed.

For Lizzo, that commentary tends to be around the fact that she's fat.

For Cardi, the commentary is about being fake and I'm doing air quotes fake.

And all the plastic surgery she said.

So the videos is really like gree-shin goddess, not Olympus sort of aesthetic.

That voice right there that you're hearing?

It belongs to Hana George's.

She's a staff writer at The Atlantic.

And you know, Lizzo is decked out in gold.

She's sort of styled herself as similar to the black figures in Hercules.

But she's walking around Cardi's there.

She's wearing not much.

She's got some gold paint on, super pregnant.

And they're both sort of trading quips, trading commentary,

trading remarks about all the ways that people have circulated.

Rumors, commentary, vitriol about them.
