1:09.4	I just finished a Soul Awakening mentorship session, like literally just finished.
1:15.8	I went upstairs and got some chocolate because i needed to ground back into the body a little bit before sitting down again to record this episode for you
1:23.5	it was so epic it was so so, so, so epic. Like, I'm, the body is shaking a little bit still.
1:36.3	It was so beautiful. The thing is, with these sessions, like, I don't plan anything. It's not as though I know what's
1:47.4	going to happen. It's not as though I can make something happen. And so when we do these
1:52.5	healing sessions, which usually happen first, and then we do a reading. I am completely empty. Like, I'm not doing Reiki or some kind of modality where I am
2:17.2	wanting something to happen, you know, like if someone pays you for a Reiki
2:21.8	session and you turn on Reiki and you're giving them Reiki, you want something to happen.
2:29.2	You're turning it on, you're activating it.
2:33.1	I don't do that at all. I do absolutely nothing, nothing.
2:38.6	I just sit down, open, empty, come into the heart, and consciousness moves through this body.
2:48.8	And it's like our bodies become one. And then wherever there are
2:56.8	blocks or stuck energy or anything, it's just moved through. It's just moved through. And I can feel it
