| 1:40.2 | So what got you first here to move from that to not a far move, but, you know, the world of adult bullies and most likely people in the workplace companies and things like that? |
| 1:54.0 | Yeah. So during the first year of the pandemic, near the end of 2020, I started connecting the dots with all of these |
| 2:03.9 | different areas that I see bullying happening, and that they have the same general personality |
| 2:10.7 | patterns. And I was thinking, I had more time to think because I couldn't travel and speak and do all of that. |
| 2:20.9 | And I was thinking, I want to warn people that bullies have the same pattern of behavior, |
| 2:27.2 | that they seem to be increasing, that they can pop up anywhere in your life. |
| 2:33.3 | And so people should learn these patterns so that they don't overreact if they end up |
| 2:40.2 | with a bully dealing with them, but that they also don't under-respond. |
