Hi, it's Diane. On my mind, the ripple affects Trump's Gaza bomb shell. On February 4th, Donald Trump stood next to Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin and Netanyahu, and announced the U.S. would take over Gaza.

The Palestinians who lived there would be sent to Jordan and Egypt,

and the area would become, quote, the Riviera of the Middle East.

Since then, Trump has stood by his comments to own Gaza, much to the

shock at leaders around the world and even those in his own party. It comes at a time when the ceasefire

is at risk of falling apart.

The idea alone has already undermined the Israel Hamas agreement.

for International Peace. Aaron David Miller, we're talking on Thursday morning. Let's go over

what Trump has said about this, quote, plan to remove Palestinians from Gaza and take control of the

area. What are the main points of this? I mean, clearly, it is not a plan, fortunately, at least for now,

that has any chance of implementation. I don't think

if you sat down with the president and his advisors that he could go much beyond what he's

already said. And what he said is very confusing. I have to say, Dan, I worked for Republicans

and Democrats for 27 years, Jimmy Carter to Bush 43.

I've never seen an idea.

And we came up with some not entirely great ones, but I've never seen an idea that is more

provocative and dangerous.

In a one fell swoop in the company of Benjamin Netanyahu, the president of the United States

tethered the United States to an idea that at best involves force transfer.
