number of friends I'm a little bit since I released one. I'm going to try to do them as often as possible, like I've told you in the past. Unfortunately, obviously, life gets in a way a little bit. But I got some awesome guests coming up. Another filmmaker coming up. I got a musician coming up. So just super excited about those shows but today we got

al Norman from Greenfield Mass which is just northern where I'm from I'm from the

Springfield area of Massachusetts and just his name kept getting brought up about this

activist who fought Walmart in Greenfield and won and I was just really intrigued

with it everybody people that I knew was talking about, oh, get them on your podcast, really intriguing

person, super interesting. I bet you he would make awesome guesses and that. So I started looking into him, and he's been in Forbes magazine. He was called Walmart's number one enemy. He's done multiple books, Occupy Walmart, I believe is the newest one. He's done slam dunk Walmart. He was also, I believe his work was also in the film Walmart, the high cost of low prices, which I remember seeing a long time ago. I believe it came out in 06 or something like that. Really awesome documentary, I believe it's still available on Netflix that just goes through all the issues with Walmart and stuff like that. So it was really awesome to hear that this guy,

not too far from my neck of the woods, was this activist and made national news. He was on 60

minutes to base can tell a story about his fight with Walmart. So just super excited about that.

So enjoy the show. The only thing is the show was a Saturday morning show. We did it just a couple

hours ago. Al's way more of a morning guy than I am. I sound a little bit like a zombie at first, so I think I end up waking up halfway through the show or at least my brain end up waking up. I just, it's amazing somebody who wakes up as often as I do in the morning. You figured I'd be a morning person, but I'm not. But besides that awesome show, also remember to subscribe to the YouTube

podcast when you're using Wi-Fi, and then that way you don't have to use any of your data. And then you can just basically listen to it in the car or wherever you're, you know, if you're traveling with headphones or whatever, and then it's a great way of listening to something different. So I think podcasts that become more convenient, they'll keep on getting more popular, and and I hope that people keep looking into them and enjoying them.
