joe organ podcast that's how i was familiar with uh his work that basically ate nothing but red

meat for a long period of time and had all these positive effects and initially i guess the same

way that we're sold that eating uh low fat was the healthiest way of eating

and you should eat margarine and all this stuff.

And then all of a sudden you hear things like the keto diet and your body running off

fat for energy and how it's a better source energy.

Initially, your first reaction is like anything that goes against the grain or goes

against what you've been told for so many years,

your initial reaction is like, no, this can't be, this is crazy, blah, blah, blah.

And then once you really go into it and you go into the science, you go into what results people

are having being on these diets and trying these diets, it makes sense.
