He's the host of creator and host of Sports Science on ESPN.

He is the creator of host of Solent Science, which is a new show on NFL Network.

He's also a best-selling author, wrote the book called The Perfection Point, which is available everywhere. And he's a podcaster. His podcast's name is Brink of Midnight,

so check that out. And his name is John Brancas. I'm sure you probably know who he is or

heard of him. He's a super interesting guy. One thing I love about doing these podcasts is,

as you guys probably know, have you been listening to the show for a while, I am quite bad of staying on topic. I think that's what makes this podcast

special, and I guess it could piss some people off. I don't think it does, but I try to capture

an organic conversation and go wherever the conversation takes us. And with John, one, that was super

easy to do because he's such an easygoing guy. And two, he is such an interesting guy that

I feel like literally anything we talked about, he could have something to add to the conversation

and have a well thought out interesting opinion and perspective on whatever topic we were discussing.
