And today we got a great show.

Pat Miltitch, UFC legend, MMA legend, and Jeffrey Wilson, who are both hosts of the Conspiracy Farm podcast.

It's a podcast that ran into not too long ago I ran into their podcast.

I'm not sure what I was looking up or what I was searching.

I was probably going down some rabbit hole and found some podcast called The Conspiracy Podcast.

It caught my eye and I started listening to it and didn't even hit me that Pat Militich, who they were referring to as one of the hosts of the show, was the same Pat Militich I was familiar with already as the UFC MMA legend.

So it was really cool to find out that somebody I was already a fan of. I also had a lot of

similar interests and parallel just opinions on stuff. So that was really cool. If you guys

aren't familiar with the conspiracy farm, please check it out anywhere you can get podcasts.

I'm sure you can find the conspiracy farm. If you're listening to this, then chances

are whatever platform you're using, you can also find the conspiracy farm. We talk about

everything and anything like most ripple effect podcast episodes. Probably going to have some

angry MMA fans and UFC fans and probably some of my close friends who knew that I was having

Pat Militich on and are going to be a little angry that we don't talk more about

MMA and UFC.

But I'll have Jeffrey Wilson and Pat Militich on again in the near future to do that.

We'll talk more MMA and maybe get some old stories that I'm sure Pat Millich definitely has

from the heydays of MMA when it was still up and coming and isn't the empire that is today.
