Summary

CJ Hunt is an author, motocross racer, journalist, researcher & filmmaker of the worlds 1st paleo documentary, The Perfect Human Diet. In the film, he travels to world to talk to the brightest historians, anthropologists, nutritionists, dietitians and other authors & researchers, in search for the perfect human diet.

With so many conflicting opinions, research & corporate interests influencing science, research and recommended diets, a film like this is necessary to finally figure out what humans should be eating & what is causing the obesity health crisis & other increasing health issues.

It's an amazing documentary. It's about his journey on trying to figure out what exactly is the

perfect human diet. You go online, you Google diets, nutrition, you know, should you eat high cholesterol

foods, high fat foods, shun you, is coffee bad for you, is salt bad for you, all these

different conflicting reports.

And he goes on this journey to try to basically figure out what should we be eating, what is actually

bad for you, what does cause obesity. Why do we have this epidemic of people gaining weight,

all these issues? And he has people in his documentary that some of them I knew before the documentary.
