0:09.8	Well, I've got an email from a guy who he says, I'm going to challenge you, Corey, and what
0:13.6	you teach in your first book.
0:16.3	He's talking about obviously 3% man.
0:19.5	But what's interesting is when he actually shares the email, how he met
0:23.7	this girl, which he did a great job of just meeting her randomly in a park. But then when he tried
0:29.0	to set a date, he kind of fumbled the football. And so I don't see where he thinks he's following
0:36.2	what I teach my book. But obviously as I go through, he shares his text exchange and what she says to him.
0:42.8	Obviously, he ended up getting just ghosted and blown off.
0:46.6	So this is the wrong way to set a date or try to set a date in this particular case.
1:27.5	Because you'll see, once I read the text exchange, you're like, that just doesn't sound right. So I don't know where you got it from. But it's important to do this right because this guy walked up to a randomly in the park, started a conversation, had a good conversation for about 10 minutes, and then a little while he gave out his number, I don't think he has his phone with him, gives out his number, and a little while later, she texted him, and then he just kind of totally fumbled the football after that. So this is how to avoid unnecessarily shooting yourself in the foot after you took the risk and tried to pick a girl up in person.
1:31.9	So I got a quote that I wrote and then we'll go through his email because this is a good one to learn from.
1:32.6	This is what not to do.
1:35.3	And so the quote says when it comes to setting dates, men should be direct and decisive and
1:39.7	get straight to the point without beating around the bush, trying to be funny through text, or
1:45.1	having long, drawn out, boring conversations. A good way to invite a woman on a date is to say,
1:51.1	we should get together for drinks, dinner, walk in the park, coffee, etc. When are you free?
1:58.8	Depending on the level of rapport and time you spent together
2:01.5	when you first met.
2:04.0	The less rapport in time
2:05.4	together when you met
