What's up everybody? Welcome back to the show. I want to share some mail with you today. I've got some prints in the mail this last week and a beautiful book and I want to share this with you today. I do apologize for the audio. I know it is a little echoy and I will explain why in just a minute.

and many of you know John because I did a little documentary on him a few weeks ago.

This is Richard Thompson.

And Richard Thompson is a fantastic British singer-songwriter guitarist who's been around

probably since the 70s and does some amazing work.

This is the, this record, sorry this record, this image was used on a record called Small

Town romance that he used a long time ago and I've always known the album and I just

realized recently that John took this image and I didn't realize that and I

mentioned it to John he goes oh Richard Thompson's my brother-in-law and so it was

really kind of cool and we talked about Richard for a while and so I mentioned

that I'd always loved that cover and he said well it was an off-the-cuff picture that

was taken he said Richard was practicing and this was taken in New Orleans and

he got up to shut the doors and John happened to be walking by and got the photo.

Very off the cuff, but I think this is such a beautiful image.
