You've got the fiscal guys who are part of the Republican study committee and also part of the Freedom Caucus who are saying, this is not the version we sent the Senate. The Senate made it worse. And we're a no on this. And so basically, you can't afford to lose anybody. And there's already been a couple members of Congress today who've already came out and said, absolutely not.

her point on voting no was that she felt that it would hurt rural hospitals because of the

formula that they use with the Medicaid tax reimbursement and not to get into the weeds and all this stuff, but they put in 50 million dollars to offset that to try to help rural hospitals. She felt like it wasn't enough. So she voted no. Rand Paul voted no because Rand Paul said that this bill is a bloated mess.

J.D. Vance had to come in and be the tie-breaking vote.

And then I heard today from a congressman from Maryland who's on the House Freedom Caucus who said he's a no.
