Let's get to this hour.

So right now the Senate is still going back and forth over the one big,

beautiful bill. And Senator Rand Paul is still very, very upset with how much debt the bill

adds. Obviously, you heard Tom Tillis earlier. He's upset and now he's not going to run for

election again. So he's out. to run for reelection again.

So he's out.

And that's where things stand.

However, the White House, the president, optimistic that they'll get this bill.

Don't know if he'll get it by July 4th.

That's the president's goal.

He wants to sign it by Friday the 4th of July. He also teed off today on Jerome Powell, the chairman of the Fed, and Caroline Levitt read a whole list of other

countries and their interest rates because the president's point is, listen, inflation is cool big

time, gas is the lowest it's been in a long time. Why can't you lower interest rates? Because

Americans want to borrow money. They want to borrow money. And look,

a lot of things have cooling. The housing market's cooled a lot. Some of that is lack of inventory,
