Since I love my rules back home. I am thrilled to be bringing you Ray's story this week on the show.

Ray is a fiercely intuitive mother from Trinidad who shares everything from her decision not to get the Rogam shot,

to using psychedelics to prepare her mind and spirit for her free birth,

to even how she self-pleasured herself into labor. So yeah, I do live in Trinidad and Parenting was never really a it wasn't really big on my

reader before I met my partner but when I met met him, we just, you know, everything just kind of moved pretty quickly and I decided that, you know, I'd like to start a family with him. So we decided to do that and well I was we already in this frame of mine

where a natural lifestyle is something that we were trying really hard to make a big part of our lifestyle.

So that is something that brought us together.

So we were plant-based, we didn't want too much medical intervention, that kind of thing.

So from that experience even, we already knew we didn't want, we didn't want to be in a medical system.

So I had this grand idea of home boothing.

So I planted home booth and when I found out about my blood type and how the deal with it after that, everything just like all of my plans had to change.

Did you know anyone who had homebirt? Well actually my mother had a homebirt with my one of my siblings and I remember her always telling me and this was my sister is like 21

so this is like years ago I was a child when this happened because I'm 30, how much 30 somebody,

three four I think, right, yeah.

And I remember my mother always saying that that was her best
