There was a plethora of white supremacy included with what sometimes felt like an EMPHASIS on the successful enslavement of African people. But now as an adult, I had to wonder.. Why did they want us to think that our ancestors DOCILELY bent the knee to the enslaver? Why didn’t they want us to know what REALLY happened??
