I'm on the phone with Ashfin, and today we are discussing the Return of the Living Dead from 1985,

directed by Dan O'Bannon, written by Rudy Ricci, John A. Rousseau, Russell Striner, and Dan O'Bannon, starring Clue Gallagher,

James Karen, Don Calpha, Tom Matthews, Miguel Nunes, and Linnea Quigley. In this soft sequel to Night

of the Living Dead, a group of teens find their punk rock-loving brains

to be targets for the newly emerged Living Dead. If you're new to the show, we're going

to talk some background info on this movie for the first 15 or 20 minutes. We will keep that

spoiler free. But then once we take our little fake break and play some transition music,

that's when we're

getting into spoiler territory.

So if you haven't seen this movie, that would be the time to duck out of the show and go

watch it.
