Tonight I'll be reading The Return of Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle.

The Adventure of the Norwood Builder Part 2.

In the previous part, Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson are visited by a frantic young solicitor,

John Hector MacFarlane, who fears he will be arrested for the murder of builder Jonas Aldecker.

McFarlane explains that he had been at a meeting with Oldacre to discuss a will that unexpectedly leaves him a fortune.

However, Oldacre has vanished and evidence suggests foul play. As the police close in, Holmes

resolves to investigate further, believing that despite the evidence, McFarlane may still be innocent.

Now that we're caught up with the story so far, let's get ourselves ready for sleep.
