everyone? How am I? I'm good. I'm excited. It's Friday because I get to sit back and relax. No,

just kidding. I do on this one, though, because I was not here for this interview. I get to live

fresh. I get some fun, exciting. I'm a fly on a wall watching Jess Mattlin do her thing. So,

this interview is one that I'm particularly psyched about because we've had an interview with

Poppy King before. Poppy King, as you may remember, is the founder of Lipstick Queen. Now, Lipstick Queen

was a major, major brand. Still is major. You can't take away Lipstick Queen from everything

it was, but she's no longer with Lipstick Queen. She founded Lipstick Queen long ago. She actually

even had a brand when she was a teenager called Poppy. She's now moving into like her new era,

which I can't wait to tell you about. But we had around years and years ago, like when we first

started the podcast, and now we're going to talk about where she is now, but also what she thinks

about the industry as a whole, as it stands right now. She has some very strong opinions. She's never

been one to mens word. She's always been really like one of the most progressive forward thinking

people in the industry. And she just marches to the beat of her undrums. So, let's sit down with Poppy

and hear where she is right now and what we can expect in the next few months. So, let's take it away.

Hi Poppy. Hi Jess. This is so nice to do the summer Friday with you. This is so great.

Oh, thank you. Well, I'm a little bit out of practice, sweetie, you know, because I've been

in hiatus. It's okay. It's just a conversation. Okay, so let's get to it. So, Poppy, it has been so

long. I'm very excited to have you back on the show because it's been years. I'm ready to introduce

you to some listeners, some of our listeners know who you are and they're very excited that you're

back on. They're fans of lipstick queen. They followed you. But some listeners might not know who
