reflecting on current, it's becoming a cliche to say seismic events, but they are really,

if you step back and reflect on some of the things that are going on. I'm not, I'm referring to

Britain, not Ukraine at the moment, although there are connections.

And then, yeah, oh God, brilliant questions.

We're now getting a bit of a debate going about the merits or otherwise of co-payments

as a way of funding public services and perhaps empowering users. That's a red-hop debate,

all kinds of other things as well. So they're coming up. But if it's okay with you in a minute,

I'm going to reflect on, you know, just step back. He broke the rules. He set the rules in the

biggest national emergency since 1945. And he lied about breaking those rules.

You know who I'm talking about.
