searches. Jets, of course, are searching for a new general manager after firing Joe Douglas

last week and searching for a new head coach after firing Robert Sala back in October.

And Tannenbaum is probably a familiar name to Jets fans. He was the team's general manager

from 2006 through 2012.

Spielman was the Vikings general manager for a decade. Both of them work with an organization called

the 33rd team. If you're not familiar with it, the 33rd team is a website. It employs a number of

former executives in the NFL, former coaches, former players. It's produced a lot of content, a lot of analytical articles over the last couple of years,

also a lot of advanced statistics.

Well, the 33rd team is now entering the ranks of consultants for teams searching for new

general managers and head coaches.

The Jets are their first clients.

I think there are some pros to this move.

I think, number one, the people

running the jets have no idea what they're doing. After owning the team for two and a half decades,
