That was not a fun baseball game.

You know, there's some baseball games that are very entertaining

and they're very exciting and there's ebbs and there's flows

and you're like, man, that was great.

That was a lot of fun.

This game sucked.

Everything about it sucked. And the one thing I will not do is act as if anything we saw in this game is a sign that they're about to go win 10 out of 12. Like I hope they win 10 out of 12.

I hope we're going to look back on May 16th

is the game that turned their season around.

With that said, the Mets salvage the finale against the

Philadelphia Phillies. They finished this stretch of baseball against Atlanta

and Philadelphia by going two and five.

It could have been worse.

They could have been Owen seven.

That's a fair way to look at it.
