Last night, MSNBC broke the news that criminal charges are expected to be filed soon against Trump's former national security advisor, John Bolton.

Bolton has a long history of budding heads with the president.

He's remained a vocal Trump critic ever since he was fired from the first Trump administration.

In August, federal agents executed a search warrant of Bolton's home looking for suspected classified

who brought a civil fraud lawsuit against the Trump organization, a case that she initially won.

It resulted in a half a billion dollar penalty, but that penalty was recently voided by an appeals

The saga's not over yet. James said she's planning to appeal the decision.
