Hey, bitches. Welcome back to another episode of Bitch is better. I'm your host Raven and I am back.

It's been almost a year since I have done this little podcast. And, you know, I didn't really make, like, a formal statement or formal statement. Who the fuck do I think I am? But I didn't, like, make a statement about it or anything as far as, like, stopping the podcast. I mean, I did post on my Instagram about it, but basically, you know,

I just had a lot going on last year. Y'all know. If you're new here and you don't know,

I had deaths in the family. My grandma passed. And then six days later, my mother-in-law passed and I was unemployed because of COVID.

I was planning the wedding.

And like the list goes on.

I just was not in a good place.

Mental health, not great.

Truly unwell.

And doing the podcast, like it started to become just like another source of

stress and anxiety. And I was just like, this is ridiculous. This isn't my job. No one's paying

me to do this. And y'all know me. If I'm not feeling something, I'm just not going to do it.

So I stopped. And life went on. And, you know, I'm just not going to do it. So I stopped and life went on and,
