This is the greatest hour to follow Jesus.

All right, tonight I'm going to talk to you about the resurrection.

For those of you who watch on Thursday nights, I actually left off with the prophetic shadow of the resurrection in the book of Jonah.

So what I've been doing is I've been teaching on the resurrection, but actually going through

the Old Testament scriptures that point to the resurrection.

So if you want to watch, if you want to review, I should say, watch Thursday night.

Now again, this coming Thursday night, we will stay here. We may or may not

have a guess, you know, we'll never tell you. But we will stay within the power of the resurrection

as far as that teaching is concerned. I left off with Jonah, and it was so powerful. Now I want to take

you to Isaiah 25, verse 8.

Isaiah 258.

It's vital we understand the power of the resurrection,

and that the resurrection has been declared

from the very beginning of the Bible until the very end.

And if Jesus isn't raised from the dead, we have no faith.

If Jesus isn't raised from the dead, we have nothing to look forward to.

If Jesus be not raised, we have a problem.

Now, in Isaiah 25, verse 8, the Bible says,

He will swallow up death forever,

and the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces.

Listen, the rebuke of his people, he will take away from all the earth.

For the Lord has spoken. For the Lord is spoken. Again, here we see in Isaiah that the Lord is speaking
