The idea that we should show up and overwork, overproduce, produce perfectly, not need breaks, not need rest, that is a mindset that has been shaped over centuries.

But I think more and more people are finally getting to the point where they're recognizing

For centuries, we have been taught that hard work is everything.

Success comes from overproducing, overachieving. I mean, as a little

kid, I was called an overachiever and that was a compliment. It was something I should aspire to be.

I mean, where did that desire even start? I'll tell you what it leads to. And you know, it leads to

burnout. And it feels to me And you know, it leads to burnout.

And it feels to me like those cycles of burnout, they're coming faster and faster and faster as we try to work harder and harder and harder.

And somewhere we are losing the thread on what we're working for.
