Here's some of those Americans today protesting a special session of the Iowa legislature,

where Republican lawmakers are racing to pass a near total ban on abortion. Republican

governor Kim Reynolds called state lawmakers back for the rare special session for the sole purpose

of enacting these new restrictions. Right now, lawmakers are debating a proposed six-week abortion

ban. They've been doing this all day and it means abortion laws in the state are poised to change

quickly and dramatically. Iowans are not going down without a fight, however. This is what pro-choice
