I encourage couples, you ever week or so or two or three weeks, say, honey, on a scale of zero

to ten, how full is your love tank today? And if they say anything less than ten, you say, all right,

today or this week, what's the most important thing I can do for you?

Well, guys, I know you all, if you don't know the name, you definitely know the book,

And I'm just going to start off the bat with a story, Dr. Chapman, about your book.

One of my friends is dating a young man who doesn't have a lot of words for her.

Like, doesn't make her feel better all the time about herself.

And it has been hard for her.

But then you look at the way that he spends time with her. You look at his intentionality and the way he's planning out details of their time together.

And you're like, okay, are you sure you're not misunderstanding something?

So I think all of us have a tension when it comes to this, because we all probably want something

that we're not getting. So let's just talk about the five love languages for a minute and how

they're impacting our insecurities and our fears that we live with every day?

Well, I think this is the big issue, really.

I'll never forget the day when a couple came in to see me.

I'd never met them.

I found out they've been married to each other for 30 years.
