And one thing I love that's kind of interesting about anybody who comes in the show who works with remote teams or has an agency with remote workers has a slightly different slant on how they approach it, why they've chosen, maybe the parts of the world that they've, that they choose to work with.

And one thing about you is you have a background that wouldn't lead me to think that you

would be getting into the work of near short talent, right?

I mean, you are this co-founder and CTO of while remote teams, but you've worked in

software development, business automation, digital marketing. You're in the US Air Force, right?

And then a full-stack developer. And then a CTO. And your origin story is pretty interesting for

this company. Two of you, you and your co-founder, who saw the same

gap from different angles. So can you talk about how the company came to life? What were the

problems that led to this solution and why you felt uniquely positioned to do this kind of work

after all of your other business experience and military experience? Yeah. Thanks for having me. Nice to be here, Anika. I think it's just, as always, it's confluence of events, right? Like, this is just life kind of leads you down a path and then you just find something. You go, okay, there's something cool there. Let's explore that a little bit. So the founding story overall is, it's always kind of need-based, right?
