And then we'll take a look ahead at tonight's matchup between the Cardinals and the Dodgers.

So let's get right to it in that wildcard game last night, Brit.

Garrett Cole did not have the Garrett Cole performance that we were all expecting.

To me, that's the story of the game, isn't it?

I don't know what happened because you watch him for years and years. He was the guy

in Houston. You know, I was saying last night, my husband, this is a guy that shouldn't be afraid of

the moment. He's pitched in the World Series for Houston. He's pitched in potential elimination games

before, and yet he looked overmatched and overwhelmed early. I thought one of his best pitches

probably was striking out Bobby Dalbeck in, I think it was the second inning. You know, he was on the rope where I thought maybe he wasn't going to make it, you know, I thought maybe they would get believers up even earlier than they did. So watching Garrett Cole, hearing him afterwards, say he felt sick to his stomach, doesn't surprise me. But this is what they paid all that money for him to be.

Guys, this top guy, the ace on the mounds.

And I think if you're the Yankees, you have to reexamine, you know, not just this game,

but why this game was a microcosm of the Yankee's success, because we have another
