Well, U.S. Senator Al Franken is facing allegations of sexual assault.

A radio news anchor is accusing the former comedian

of groping her and kissing her without consent.

Predation followed by defiance in the first case.

Grossness succeeded by remorse in the second.

Meanwhile, the exhilarating, nauseating torrent

of long repressed rage spirals around us, stirring up the muck.

Yes, this is a rape culture.
