Well, good morning, my friends. My name is Jennifer Allwood. I teach women how to create a beautiful home and build their creative business.

I'm a business coach to over 3,000 entrepreneurs every month and I have some wild hair this morning which really irritates me because it is

hair washing day and I tried really hard and it's still like it just kind of has a mind of its own

where things go and it's so annoying and all the curly-haired girls said

amen. So this month the Lord has challenged me instead of just talking about

business and business strategy on my page to instead talk about why some of the things that you're

trying to do in your business you're not seeing the change you want or why your life

is stuck or things that you can be doing to both better your life and your business because I know from personal experience

If you will change your business, it'll change your life or if you'll change your life. It'll change your business. It works both ways.

It's very incestuous in that way.

And so the two are very intermingled, intertwined,

so change in one of your life is going to change every area of your life.

And right before the holiday seasons,

especially right before the new year,

right as we're going into all this time

where we have to be spending time with family and such.

There are so many people who are desperate for change.

And so I just literally am every day asking the Lord,

what do you want me to talk about today and just talking about every day asking the Lord what do you want me to talk about today and just

talking about what do you want to talk about?
