A lot of you have been asking for more episodes of my coaching content, so todays episode is another inside look at how I coach and the impact it has on my clients. I brought back two of my favorite clients Alan Lazaros and Kevin Palmieri. My coaching is a practice of consistent and persistent behavior by doing things every day for a minimum amount of time.
