At the time of recording this, I am getting ready to head to Europe for a summer trip and to also

see two of my four sisters, who both live in Europe. One lives in Italy and one lives in Switzerland.

I'm thrilled about it. I can't wait to see them.

And as I get older, right now I'm 39, as I get older, making an effort to see my family has become increasingly important to me.

Sometimes I think when we're young we're like oh yeah yeah go

go go travel here travel there family a bit later. I get it. But making an effort to see my family has become increasingly important to me.

And I want to share with you a conversation I had with my sister, my elder sister, Natasha

a few years ago. That can seem depressing, but to us, well to me at

least it wasn't depressing. It was actually very motivating and it got my butt into

gear.

So if you're anything like me, you have relatives who live far away from you.

Maybe you don't, maybe you're lucky enough to have your family close by.

Every life, every decision, I believe has a trade-off. So sometimes you can go out there and pursue adventure and be further away from family if that feels like adventure for you. Sometimes we get to live closer to our family

and then maybe don't get those experiences.

Success is so personally defined,

it is wildly subjective

and all we can do is the right thing for us.

But I know for me living internationally, I probably always will,

because I'm not sure I'll ever live in the UK again. A life of a venture for me is one of traveling and living in lots of different places.

So I had this conversation with my sister. I remember we were having breakfast together in France.

And she's in her 50s, right? So she's 16 years older than me, so that must make her I think 54,
