I had a lot of conversations with my dad about it and just how I felt like I didn't know where I was going to find the passion to do something that I could see myself doing for years other than like music or whatnot, but also feeling like I couldn't just like, you know, drop everything I was doing just to do that, which was unfortunate because I feel like a lot of people do that, like put their all into something that they're so passionate about.

done a masterful job of balancing both her passion, which in this case is she is the lead

doing amazing things. We'll get into all of them with her job. And she's done it in a way that

has been consistent where she's balanced everything really well. And since one of the main

questions I always get is like, well, how do you balance your passion or your side hustle

with a full-time job? I thought she would be perfect to explain how she does it and share some tips.

Because there's this quote that I love from Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert that says a lot of people

think when you go after your passion, you need to like move to a new city and shave off your hair,

dye it purple, like in the pursuit of your passion and devote your entire life to it.

But sometimes passion is this slow, quiet burning and something that you kind of like tend

to the flames over time and that doesn't make it any less special.
