We continue to hear about steps that will be taken after the U.S. wins the war.

But what will define a win?

Well, I think the lives of everyone in Iraq are going to be improved

of the moment Saddam Hussein leaves, and that's a win.

It's 15 minutes to the deadline in Iraq, and as the clock ticks down,

is there any chance Saddam Hussein will leave anytime soon? It doesn't look like he's going to. So in addition to keeping our eyes on the clock,

we'll also be spending the next hour looking at the big picture.

What is the military's likely strategy? What obstacles can Iraq put in the way?

And what happens once we win?
